  1. why is this kid talking about ooma like he bought it himself? “i dont care about the money”… of course you dont, this is your parents ooma. not yours

  2. The hub comes with the ooma. You cannot just use the scout!! The hub is the brains of ooma. When you purchase ooma, you get the hub and one scout. For more info, read my other post below.

  3. No, if you have a wire going directly from a wall to your computer, you can still use OOMA. Just take the cord that is going into your computer right now and put it into the Ooma Hub. Then, use the cable that comes with the Ooma hub and plug one side into the ooma, and the other into your computer. The Ooma will act like a modem.

If you have any more questions, feel free to message me.

  4. Ooma is the Chibamboo Foshiso! lol…. Unlimeted calling ya…. and for those that say there’s a 3000 minutes limit per month…. well that’s for OOMA to see if your using it for business and not residential (abusing the system)… They will put you that limit on you…. but if your using it for regular calls, it does mean Unlimited… and you can go over 3000 mins per month with no problem… so talk all you want!

  5. big problems today

My service has not been working all day. I am unable to call , ooma
customer service is completely down, I am totally alone here. At least
with Comcast they answer their phones when a problem shall arise. My
internet is working and I can’t even e-mail ooma, ooma e-mail is down
and It won’t let me log in either. Is this the kind of support Ooma
    has?

yes it does so if you are thinking about geting it you might want to buy a hub

  7. hey just one question do you need a router to hook it up
because my internet only has one wire that connects to my computer. please reply and thanks for the video

  8. OOMA costs $209 shipped if you get the right deal. Or print out best deal online and go to Best Buy price match. Get it for $220, port number for $40 and sell the ooma scout for $50 and you still get it for $210 total. Quality is excellent and no recurring costs ever like 911 fees that VOIP providers charge.
