My husband is stationed in Korea (camp carroll). Can anyone recommend a good VOIP provider? The local korean internet service offered is expensive and does not include phone service. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Sorry I used to be on camp Stanley Korea. The base will only let a few providers in. The thing is that he will have MWR access to the internet for free through the military and if he uses the DSN telephone line to the nearest base then have it rerouted to you he will not be charged if it is a local call, and not nearly as much as if it were international call.
